I’ve been passionate about education and training since the first day of my career, a career that has spanned various roles and executive positions in the industry and has yielded a unique perspective on learning. Helping learners achieve their goals has always been intrinsically rewarding. With a focus on meeting learners where they are with the latest thinking in instructional design and learning science, I'm continually looking for opportunities to support partnerships where learner engagement, success, and outcomes are paramount to an organization's mission.

I’ve had the good fortune to develop win-win learning partnerships with innumerable forward-thinking organizations such as Le Cordon Bleu, EC-Council, Food Marketing Institute, Home Builders Institute, Independent Electrical Contractors, American Association of Community Colleges, and Jobs for the Future, among others.

Originally from the Lone Star State, I currently live in upstate New York, where from time to time I have to hone my snow-blowing and shoveling skills. However, when weather permits, you can find me on a golf course chasing a little white ball around and looking for my fourth hole-in-one.
